Dear Colleagues!

Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics of the National Research University Higher School of Economics, Institute for the History of Science and Technology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Institute for System Programming of Russian Academy of Science invite you to take part in the International Conference “Engineering Technologies and Informatics: Innovations and Applications” (EnT-2020), which will be held in Moscow and Saint-Peterburg on June 24–27, 2020. The conference is supported by the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

Like the previous annual international EnT conferences, EnT-2020 will be devoted to the problems of developing computer and engineering technologies and related areas, their influence on other industries, the study of production and organizational issues in the context of developing an information space development strategy for the future. Welcomed reports on the history of IT. The conference is a bridge between present, past and future. History and modernity. Forecast for the future. Computers, applications, related areas, the impact of computer technology on other areas.

In 2020, GOELRO (the State Electrification Plan of Russia) will be 100 years old. At the conference, we would like to underline the greatness of this date. All the achievements of science and technology in Russia, from the electrification of agriculture to the breakthrough into space, are the result of the implementation of the GOELRO plan. Isaak Brooke and Sergei Lebedev - the creators of the first Soviet computers were active participants in this great program of transforming Russia. This great date will be devoted to the work of one of the sections of the conference.

Papers are invited in the following areas:
• Computer Science
• Computer Technologies
• History of the development of computer technology and applied electronics and electrical engineering
• Social implications of computing technologies' infiltration
• GOELRO, other great plans and great personalities

Proceedings of the previous conference placed in the IEEE Xplore electronic library, indexed in Scopus and WoS.

In connection with the coronavirus pandemic, the IEEE Guidelines recommended that the dates of conferences held with its support be postponed to a later time. The date of the EnT-2020 conference will be announced later. Nevertheless, work continues. Abstracts are accepted until May 31, 2020, the texts of accepted reports in English until June 16, 2020. Conference reports will be published at the opening of the conference.

Submission


We invite you to present the results of your work at one of the sections of the conference, preparing and sending abstracts of the report. Original, not previously submitted to other conferences articles in English and Russian on the relevant topics of the conference sections are accepted for review.
The volume of theses - 1 page of text in the range of 1.5.
Authors of articles that have received positive reviews from reviewers will be able to make a report at the conference, and the articles themselves will be recommended for publication in English in the proceedings of the conference "Proceedings of the International Conference on Engineering Technologies and Computer Science", posted in electronic library, indexed in Scopus and other popular abstract databases.
Authors who have received positive feedback and recommended for publication of the article will need to prepare its final version in English in the appropriate format, taking into account all the comments of experts. The volume of the article for the collection is up to 28 thousand characters. One of the authors will need to make a presentation at the section of the relevant subject. Correspondence participation in the conference is not allowed. One of the authors will need to make a presentation on the sections of relevant topics. Absentee participation in the conference is not allowed.
Abstracts are submitted via the online system EasyChair.
Articles in English with a volume of 3-8 pages are drawn up in accordance with the requirements IEEE Manuscript Templates
The title of the article is size 14! The instructions mistakenly say 24. Upper and lower margins of at least 2 cm.
Abstracts are accepted until May 15, 2020, texts of accepted reports in English until May 31, 2020.
The cost of participation in the conference with the publication of reports is 8,000 rubles for Russian participants, 120 euros for foreign ones.
The proceedings of the previous conference were posted in the IEEE Xplore electronic library, indexed in Scopus and WoS.
